Responsibilities
- Make 60–100 outbound calls per day using provided call lists
- Connect with developers, owners, asset managers, and operators in construction-related markets
- Folllow approved call scripts and objection-handling frameworks/li>Qualify leads by confirming:
- Active or upcoming projects/li>/li>>/ul/li>/li>>, location and relevance
/br/> , Clearly hand off warm leads to Account Managers with concise summaries/li>, Log all calls, outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM/li>, Tag leads correctly: Warm, Nurture or Not a Fit /li>, Schedule follow-ups and ensure clean handoffs/
