We are looking for someone with 6 to 10 years of experience dealing with Franchises to become CEO or a lead executive of our Franchise start-up in the United States.

(Must be fully bilingual and have great english and communication skills)

You will be working remotely or from home.

We will be leading a high end yacht and boating franchise startup looking to provide on demand and custom maintenance to yacht and boat owners throughout the United States.

Your objective will be to sell the franchise nation wide and expand the franchise model complying with the different city and state requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead or execute the role of a CEO

Setting and executing organizational strategy

Building the right leadership team

Setting Vision Values and Corporate Culture

Communicating Effectively with all stakeholders

Setting up the right Franchise model according to comply with State Regulations and Code

Marketing & Sales ( Digital Content / Marketing Campaings / Cold Calls )


Characteristics of a successful CEO

Salary and benefits

The Salary Ranges anywere between 5 million COP and 10 million COP with a direct contract with the company and all social security benefits.

Depending on your achievements and throughout the course of your career with us you will be compensated with additional bonuses and comissions per sale and or completing objectives.

Salary:
$5,000,000 - $10,000,000 per month
