Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges: As a Sales Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a vital contributor to our Personal Protective Equipment ́s data-driven decision-making processes. You will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive sales optimization.


You will report directly to our director Sales, and you'll work out of one of our LATAM locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by utilizing data to drive business success and optimize sales performance.

By analyzing complex sales data, developing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights, you will contribute to the enhancement of our sales strategies, and overall sales effectiveness.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and drive the development and implementation of sales analytics strategies
  • Analyze complex sales data and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with market needs and production plans
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop datadriven sales strategies and initiatives
  • Supply process tracking to improve customer service processes and sales initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of transferrable experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Spanish and English
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
