Introduction
As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor.

You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business.

You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Registration and analysis of accounting information in SAP EF3 and SAP HANA, Registration and validation of invoices or Payments (also includes the charge to payment platforms), Provisioning, accruals in SAP EF3 and SAP HANA, Manual and automatic postings in cognitive platforms, Reconciliations Banking, Monitoring of accounting closing activities, Compliance with Ans and KPIs, Creation and management of innovation initiatives, Compliance with assigned loads, Gathering and knowledge of end-to-end processes, Being autonomous in compliance with loads and work management and Export of reports control and monitoring to management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Student in - 6 semester of Accounting or SENA Accounting Technician, basic knowledge in accounting, accounting records, basic and/or intermediate English and intermediate Excel (databases, dynamic tables, simple and nested formulas.

Teamwork, problem-solving, flexibility to change, quick learning, recursion and desire to learn, resilient, orderly, methodical, result-oriented, compliance with schedules, dates and execution times and deadlines, work under pressure, analytical capacity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, follow instruction and attention to detail
