As a
Track and Trace Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Will need to contact drivers and dispatchers to get updates during the loads' pickup, transit, and delivery.
Enter the updates into our system, and gather the information the customer is asking for.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree is
required. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Logistics related.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in logistics, international trade, tracking, dispatch, bilingual operations or any other related fields.

Language:Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. (We work by the American calendar)

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: Only for Medellín or Barranquilla. This position will be on site in WeWork Santa Fe or WeWork Barranquilla.

Salary: $ COP + Transportation Allowance ($ COP).
