    About TourHero:

    TourHero is a social travel platform that enables anyone to meet like-minded individuals through unforgettable journeys. We're building a platform to help plan unique epic adventures that enable travelers to meet other like-minded new people during their trips.

    We are an early-stage start-up backed by Peak XV (Sequoia Capital India) and Lightspeed Ventures. Currently, we are building a strong team to execute this grand vision.

    TourHero's founding team is led by co-founders Tushar (CEO), Jann (CPO) and Viren

    (CCO), and the former 2 previously co-founded/built Voyagin, one of the largest online travel companies in Asia, which was eventually acquired by Rakuten, the world's 5th largest e-commerce site.

    And now, we're on the lookout for an Ops Rockstar to join our team and expand our wellness operations.

    We need someone with a passion for the startup environment and operations – to dive into planning wellness retreats, engaging with our TourHeroes, and driving strategies to keep escalating our Wellness vertical.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct consultative sales calls with clients to discuss all details of their desired travel experiences, needs, and budget.
    • Sell and drive clients to destinations organizationally strategic.
    • Manage reservations, special requests, and payments to clients and suppliers.
    • Finalize detailed itineraries and ensure all documentation is presented and accurate; provide relevant information, and disseminate guest materials including departure information.
    • Clear, friendly, and helpful communication with TourHeroes, Travelers, and Operators, and to build long-lasting business relationships with recurrent clients

      The applicant should move to Bogota (Colombia). The office is located in the WeWork Calle 100

    Requirements

    • 1 - 3 years of experience in the startup environment is required
    • Client-facing experience is a plus
    • Related travel experience and industry knowledge is essential
    • A passion for travel
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Self-driven in an autonomous, remote environment
    • Able to consistently understand the intent and vision of the company and proceed accordingly
    • Ability, creativity, and drive to achieve goals, and KPI's within the timeline
    • Ability to brainstorm ideas with teammates and manager to create/improve processes and strategies to achieve organizational goals
    • 1-3 years of experience in travel, marketing, customer experience, business, corporate, or related is a plus.
