    Job Description

    This is a remote position.

    About the position

    We're looking for an Investor Advisor to be responsible for developing new relationships with investors and funds, while also strengthening existing relationships in the Real Estate industry. she/he should have between 1-3 years of experience with sales, transactions and revenue generation.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to contracts, and closed transactions.
    • Provide high-level advice to investors/funds real estate needs.
    • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with buyers as well as maintaining consistent lead
    • follow-up until the deal closes.
    • Evaluate feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
    • Effectively negotiate with sellers and buyers
    • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to
    • close.

    Requirements

    • 1–3+ years of real estate industry and sales experience
    • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with investors and funds.
    • Experience negotiating and closing deals.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field may be required.
    • Additional certifications or courses in investor relations, sales, or real estate may be preferred.
    • Knowledge and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage investor/fund relationships and sales leads.(ZOHO is a plus)
    • Tech savvy and proficient in Gsuite apps

    Requirements
    3-5 years of start-up experience with successful product launches. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in full stack web development, with a focus on front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and back-end development using , Python, or Java. Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, microservices, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and cloud database architecture. Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Experience with cPanel, WHS, Laravel, Redis, Postman and Git. Experience leading and managing teams of developers, including setting goals, coaching, and providing feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
