PURPOSE

FUNCTIONS:


  • Able to identify and define issues, collaborate where needed and provide empathetic and solutionbased consultative advice based on best practices that fit client situations.
  • Develop a commercial acumen in understanding the impact of role on business. Must be flexible, deal with ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and be open to personal and business changes.
  • Manage the recruitment process in LATAM, to different areas of the organization through at ATS System
  • Review and expose data information about the recruitment process per country, identify the biggest issues and propose solutions to the People and Operations areas.
  • Develop our regional strategy in Latam, been focused on our guidelines of Diversity and Inclusion culture

REQUIREMENTS

Experience/Education

Professional:


  • University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in recruitment process
  • Preferred experience of systems to management of requisitions (ATS based in Oracle, i.ex, Success Factor, Xenesa BrassRing, Taleo or similar)
