PURPOSE

FUNCTIONS:

Able to identify and define issues, collaborate where needed and provide empathetic and solutionbased consultative advice based on best practices that fit client situations.
Develop a commercial acumen in understanding the impact of role on business. Must be flexible, deal with ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and be open to personal and business changes.
Manage the recruitment process in LATAM, to different areas of the organization through at ATS System
Review and expose data information about the recruitment process per country, identify the biggest issues and propose solutions to the People and Operations areas.
Develop our regional strategy in Latam, been focused on our guidelines of Diversity and Inclusion culture

REQUIREMENTS

Experience/Education

Professional:

University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Typically 5+ years of experience in recruitment process
Preferred experience of systems to management of requisitions (ATS based in Oracle, i.ex, Success Factor, Xenesa BrassRing, Taleo or similar)
