We are searching for the best talent for Total Rewards Analyst, Benefit Operations LATAM to be in Bogotá Colombia

You will be responsible for:


  • Support regional implementations of benefits programs, including but not limited to updates to global benefit administration systems and customer service materials.
  • Support ongoing operations, including but not limited to benefits updates to global benefit administration systems, benefits renewal processing, annual enrollments, system audits, and customer service matters.
  • Provide analytical support to the Total Rewards team including research, ad hoc analysis of data, and recommendationmaking.
  • Interface with Corporate Services, local/regional HR teams, brokers and thirdparty benefit administrators as needed to ensure timely delivery of all LATAM benefitrelated matters.
  • Handle daytoday assigned tasks, initiatives and projects that arise, escalating cases as appropriate.
  • Assist tracking metrics and other reporting requirements.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as required.
  • Support acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to Total Rewards matters.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Excellent level of Spanish and English required. Ideally fluent level of Portuguese language.
  • 24 years of relevant experience working in Benefits and HR or Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required.
  • 2 years of experience supporting the management of large, complex outsourcing / vendors relationships.
  • Project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of projects.
  • Strong sense of urgency, processorientation, attention to detail, outstanding teaming and collaboration skills are required.
  • Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.
  • Proven experience at a complex, matrixed environment is preferred as majority of clients will not be located onsite.
  • Experience with Workday, SalesForce, benefits administration tools, databases and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred.
  • This position is located in Bogota, Colombia and may require up to 10% travel.
