Function Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team.

As an HR Intern in our Latin America Region, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of a regional capability program that enables digital mindset and adoption.
Support the preparation of content for Strategic Talent Review.
Define and deliver an education plan to develop futureforward in the people team linked to the organization's Vision 2030
Support celebration and engagement agenda for the regional headquarters office.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages in a professional setting.
Excellent communication skills and resilience.
Adaptable, with interpersonal savvy and engaged in diverse extracurricular activities.
Demonstrating a growth mindset, agility, integrity, and a vision for the future.
Strong cognitive abilities, willingness to learn, and data pattern recognition.
Driven, curious, and ready to make a positive impact.
