Mission


Ensure and analyze the global human resources operation by establishing efficiency-focused relationships with key stakeholders impacting the operation (global-local teams, payroll), to guarantee end-to-end process delivery and exceptional service experience for our employees.

This role will work hand-in-hand with the Global Director in coordinating all types of projects and initiatives that add value to the HR function and the company.

Duties

  • Ensure HR operations by standardizing global processes and utilizing platforms such as Workday, worday-help, etc.
  • Coordinate various projects that involve global HR processes and have a positive impact on the employee experience.
  • Lead change management processes focused on agility and coordination.
  • Establish communication channels with key stakeholders for the development of HR initiatives both for HR and the company.
  • Implement innovation-focused strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights and develop recommendations for process improvements and solutions to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements in the countries where the company operates and collaborate with other departments and legal teams as needed to mitigate risks and maintain best practices.
  • Manage HR cases and employee inquiries through a case management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues and providing exceptional customer service to employees. This includes partnering with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex cases, as well as identifying opportunities to improve case management processes and tools.
  • Develop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently. This includes analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to continuously enhance service delivery and meet established targets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization in HR services, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and increase efficiencies. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to design, develop, and implement new solutions, as well as managing change and providing training and support to end-users.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or related roles, with a focus on global HR processes, systems, and tools.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data to identify insights and trends and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in change management, including designing and implementing change initiatives, managing stakeholder communications, and measuring change impacts.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to nontechnical stakeholders and influence
