The Role:

The EXL HR Team is seeking to hire a Team Lead to manage our rapidly growing recruitment team based in Bogota, Colombia focused on supporting the U.S.

Premium Audit and Survey Insurance division hiring needs.

This role requires 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday, onsite work at the Bogota, Colombia EXL office working 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

Responsibilities:

Ability to run reports in the HR ATS, tracking progress on meeting the monthly hiring goals.
Partner with the CIB Recruiting Management & Finance teams to understand reporting and project needs.
Ensure alignment of recruitment process controls and the business strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least the last 2 recent years of experience focused on U.S. hiring delivery
Insurance industry recruiting experience is a plus.
Recent experience leading a team of recruiters.
Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Must have ability to work onsite 4 days per week Tuesday
Friday from 9:00AM 5:00PM EST
