Being part of the Passenger Operations Team will give you the unique opportunity to be responsible for improving and offering a solid experience to our passengers in all SSL (Spanish Speaking Latinamerica) countries, having as a main leverage product features, cross functional projects and our internal communication channels (SMS, Mail, Push, among others).


Role Responsibilities:

  • Insightful operation: Build insights and understanding of our passenger's experience and their opportunities, taking into account different variables such as pricing, economy and product features;
  • Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing. Capable of writing SQL/Python;
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution;
  • Creation of business cases and project viability analysis;
  • Support the implementation of our key strategies to improve our Value for Money perception;
  • Give support to the Growth and Marketplace team to improve the quality of our users;
  • Work very close with several supporting areas like Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and even other business lines such as Food and Fintech teams.

Role Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Data science, engineering, economics or other analyticallyfocused academic background.
  • Proven to be selfmotivated, selfdirected and eager to take ownership of tasks
  • Minimum of 2+ years of data analytics, business consulting, investment banking or operations management experience
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and Intermediate level of SQL;
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish;
  • Experience with databased decisionmaking, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team. Previous professional experience in analytical or operational roles will be a plus;
  • Demonstrated experience using programming languages or tools for data extraction and analysis such Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc.;
  • Experience in a hightech / Internet industry will be a plus.
