Serve as the first point of contact for employees visitors and external partners Manage daily front desk operations and ensure a welcoming professional environment Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor coordination Coordinate facilities needs maintenance requests and service providers Support basic physical security procedures visitor check-ins Maintain organized stocked presentable common areas Provide administrative support to leadership as needed Assist with meeting logistics internal events team coordination Proactively identify resolve workplace issues before they escalate
