100% onsite in El Poblado, Medellin

TYPE:
In-office

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Colombian Time)

TYPE OF CONTRACT:

Job description:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications
-
Familiarity with legal recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
-
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal, sales, or a related field.

Preferred experience of at least one (1) year in recruiting, specifically within the legal industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Highenergy individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas, with a track record of success.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
