We are seeking an experienced Global Treasury Sales Manager (TSM), based in Colombia or Panama.

This individual will be responsible for partnering with Global Corporate Banking and Treasury Services (TS) country teams to deliver financial goals with primary focus of US Large Corporations operating across the globe.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:


  • Sales of the entire TS product suite/solution, including core cash clearing, liquidity management, channels & connectivity and foreign exchange solutions.
  • Proactive identification, solicitation and acquisition of new names with a focus on delivering new business revenue
  • Understand industry/client segmentunique challenges and requirements, work with various areas of the firm, to design and provide TS solutions
  • Partnership with the local/ regional bankers and TSM in key account planning, including setting and implementing the account strategies
  • Drive the profitability growth of the segment covered
  • Build successful relationships with internal lines of businesses to maximize revenue growth with target clients
  • Work with the bankers in preparation and submission of global/regional RFPs
  • Lead, coordinate and assist various TS functions, including Product, Technologies, Implementation, Operation, Client Account Management and Solution Center, to deliver solutions, implement and provide services
  • Timely communication with HQ bankers / TSMs, including completion of client call reports.
  • Support the Bankers in client onboarding from TS product aspects
  • Timely completion of Product KYC compliance requirements
  • Active participation in internal & external industry sessions

Skills/Experience:


  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in local cash and liquidity management sales with successful track record and manages complex client relationships
  • Technical strong background to directly drive client discussions and new solution brainstorming
  • Ability to identify and link new client opportunities with new solutions (requires solution mindset + technical back ground and open minded brainstorming view)
  • Leadership to drive the strategy and execution of MNC business growth
  • People management skills + teamwork and xselling partnership
  • A good understanding of the US Headquartered Large Industries activity is a plus
  • Local TS Product experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to position and close new business
  • Comprehension of customer's industries, business needs and potential solutions
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
