    What You Can Expect

    Responsible for the financial review and planning functions related to the assigned functional areas and/or business units. Primary focus will be on global distribution & Supply Chain. Primary role is to provide timely financial information and support for the business teams to make fact-based decisions of spend that drive the support functions they support. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements or leverage spend for the functions to achieve strategic goals of Zimmer Biomet and will work closely with team members in NAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

    How You'll Create Impact
    • Support the monthly financial close process and prepares the monthly close templates.
    • Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for/to business partners
    • Responsible for various financial business processes, including but not limited to strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly projections.
    • Perform analytics on actuals versus plan and improve their financial performance by providing business insights, risk analysis, identified opportunities and advice
    • Provide business partner support for daily activities and special projects
    • Assist business partners with understanding financial policies and practices.
    • Support the management on ad hoc smaller investment decisions and saving projects
    • Other Ad hoc reports and assignments
    • Hyperion key user

    Your Background
    • English proficiency required (C1)
    • Experience with PowerBI is required.
    • 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
    • B.S. in accounting, finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Working knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting practices
    • Proficiency with personal computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.
    • Knowledge of information systems and their application to Finance (Hyperion, SAP)
    • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
