About the job


We are looking for a talented Advanced Analytics associate with strong communication, project management, data analysis and data interpretation skills.

This role is responsible of owning, coordinating, and conducting analytic projects aimed at increasing retailer's sales Globally. Manages and supports a team and work with data, SQL code and NIQ tools.

Closely collaborates with the Customer Success and Support teams to lead execution of projects that will shape pricing decisions of today's leading retailers.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise work of a small team of Analysts who works with SQL, Excel and NielsenIQ tools. Supporting them whenever they face difficult issues, as well as help maintain and improve good relations with Customer Success team.
  • Manage and facilitate communication between Analysts, Consumer Success, Support, and Tech teams.
  • Ensures errorfree, ontime results internally and to retailer clients in US and Canada. Is main point of contact for technical and analytical questions regarding our main services.
  • Actively involved in ad hoc requests or custom productions.
  • Work closely with Product Leadership, Commercial team, other Delivery Managers to support BAU and new sales.
  • Conduct issuebased analyses, data checks, and improve data assurance processes.
  • Detect opportunities to automate, develop and enhance tools and processes. As well as recommend actions, create a plan, and track implementation.
  • Cooperate with Technology teams to resolve tickets and work on new enhancements.

About you
We're looking for someone who likes to work with people, but also with data, calculations, and codes. Who can communicate clearly and efficiently. Manages and coordinates tasks, time, and deadlines swiftly. A Servant Leader type that believes in leading by example, empowers employees and supports them. Curious and interested in identifying the narratives behind numbers and logical connections between them.


Qualifications:


Must have
Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management or Marketing.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Data Analytics, Business and/or Management (Statistical background).
  • English level: proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Excel.
Soft Skills

  • Effectively manage time, tasks, workload, and deadlines for self and the team.
  • Detail oriented. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills: Ability to identify, diagnose and offer solutions to issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ data, or previous experience with NielsenIQ analytics.
  • International work experience.
