    Job description ? Ensuring client satisfaction by actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.? Assisting in the creation and validation of new projects, including verifying supplier and client profiles, validating legal documents, and processing Purchase Orders.? Collaborating with suppliers and clients to validate timesheets and resolve any issues that may arise.? Monitoring and supporting the renewal of projects following the receipt of Purchase Orders.? Maintaining close alignment with the Account Manager and providing support as needed.? Collaborating with the finance team to ensure a smooth billing process.? Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales administration processes by providing valuable feedback and suggestions.? Providing support for any other business needs as required.


    Profile Requirement:
    Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (French proficiency is a plus).Pursuing a degree in Communication, Management, Business, or similar fields.

    Ability to tackle complexity and demonstrate an analytical mindset.
    Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
