Team Overview:
We're looking for a talented and self-driven team player to help us grow our ridesharing business across Hispanic markets. You'll be the owner of exciting projects ensuring excellent execution with relevant exposure across multiple teams from different levels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Led the execution of campaigns across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and potentially many more across Hispanic America that meet our short, mid, and longterm goals.
  • Manage stakeholders from different countries and backgrounds. Working directly with peers from Marketing, Operations, Strategy & Planning, Product, Creative, Media and many others to get things done as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  • Evaluate creative and media plans to ensure effectiveness in their efforts against our business objectives.
  • Develop content and communications as needed. Capture the hearts and minds of audiences through a mix of datadriven insights and compelling storytelling to drive upper and lowerfunnel conversion.
  • Use internal and internal data to find relevant insights and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop quantified learnings and strategic playbooks for solving various marketing challenges that could be leveraged by the central teams.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in Marketing, Strategy/Operations in Technology/Start-Ups, Consulting, or FMCG companies is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on ensuring understanding and buyin from key stakeholders
  • Strategic and critical thinking. You're eager to understand the 'why' before building the 'what' and 'how'.
  • Datadriven mindset. You can translate data into growth opportunities and strategic actions and measure its impact on the brand and business.
  • Creative sensibility. You're capable of evaluating creative materials and giving feedback to improve them to maximize impact as well as building appealing content to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • A fast learner and executor. You can manage competing priorities and operate effectively in an organized and structured way in a fastpaced environment across multiple time zones.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
