At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate who will be part of the Investment Department.

The central competencies and responsibilities will focus on financial modeling of capital, investment opportunity analysis, deal execution, preparation of investment recommendations, presentations, and related administrative tasks.

Key responsabilities:

• Analysis and execution of M&A transactions
• Analyze investment opportunities.
• Develop and analyze financial models of capital, focusing on model integrity, multivariate sensitivity analysis, review, and validation of key assumptions, etc.
• Research and analyze key transaction risks, as well as the reasonableness of operational and financial targets.
• Collaborate with advisors and review and summarize associated reports.
• Support the overall execution of agreements.
• Prepare investment documentation outlining the investment thesis and corresponding analysis.

Administrative tasks

• Support any project to improve the dissemination and organization of information and other administrative efforts.
• Participate in any other project to enhance team performance and efficiency.

About you:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, etc. CA, MBA, or CFA is valued.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and valuation (financial modeling), ideally within the infrastructure sector.
• Advanced English
• Experience in global and emerging markets is an advantage.
