Responsibilities:


  • Create, develop and publish instructional and informational materials (articles, blogs, reports, tutorials, videos, forums, discussions and catalogs) in English and Spanish related to customer and product knowledge content.
  • Manage, monitor and update multiple access points to the knowledge base (ReadtheDocs, Website, documentation respositories, ECC, etc).
  • Plan and implement content development strategy, as well as track trends, metrics, and priorities.
  • Support eduNEXT internal knowledge training sessions, and content translation projects and processes, as assigned.
  • Lead and collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in creating documentation, proposing solutions for knowledge base enhancement.
  • Review and manage the approval of documentation. In addition, he/she will have to publish content in the knowledge base and send notifications to the appropriate parties.
  • Create content for Customer Support management with solutions for simple incidents and make them accessible to end users through the implementation of templates, reports and systems to standardize communication, learning and capability development within eduNEXT and knowledge management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience leading Knowledge Management processes, process documentation and writing documents for clients or companies in English
  • Professional English level C1 (Business writing and editing)
  • One of the following languages is a plus: German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian or French preferred
  • Desirable experience in data analysis and metrics handling
  • Experience in business case gathering, analysis and development.

Desirable:


  • Bachelor's degree or training in instructional design, content management or teaching
  • Previous experience in customer service and elearning and/or software development companies
