The scope of this position is to implement and maintain a Colombian Army compatible SAP system that is capable of tracking government property and facilitating the transfer of property during the nationalization process.

This position requires a DoD secret clearance which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify areas to implement innovative solutions and technologies Plan clear path forward with customer, subcontractors, and incountry teams in support of BPCC
• Interface with Government customer and execute logistics planning and contracting actions with subcontractors
• Schedule, secure, and setup meeting locations, communications, and integration support of various BPCC efforts
• Assist Colombian Military Forces in the implementation and administration of SAP
• Assist in the creation of Statements of Work and determine key performance indicators for measuring crossfunctional team and subcontractor performance
• Provide project assessment and facilitation executing BPCC projects, assess the risk, costs, and work required to achieve it, then facilitate and oversee the subcontractor team's execution to contracts completion Identify and advise customer on technical constraints and alternate planning
• Execute project tracking through clear and concise status and time management reports; proactively identify potential issues and track project member progress against commitments Recommend improvements, cost saving initiatives, and substitutions to positively impact current and future project budget and schedule
• Experience working in component, combatant command, or embassy staff
• Full bilingual proficiency (oral and written) in Spanish and English
• Conduct other SMX business, as required
• This position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

Required Skills & Experience

• Required clearance: SECRET
• 10+ years of experience in logistics/contracting in support of the US government
• Experience supporting planning and operations in the SOUTHCOM AOR

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for missions and program challenges in Colombia and supporting US Embassy in Colombia
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
