This position is a full time, remote, independent contractor senior management level position operating on US business hours.

The Support Team Manager is responsible for the support team functions, resources and performance. You will, through a continuous improvement mentality, identify and implement solutions that will maximize the output of the team. Output defined by the highest profit generating tasks in support of the analyst team.

This may be in the form of task alleviation from the analyst team, metric tracking to support the management of the analyst team or data collection and entry to create more potential purchasing decisions.

You are responsible for suggesting, creating, and deploying improvements to the system.

You must anticipate and plan for the growing needs of our analyst team while cost effectively building a right-sized, elite team and infrastructure that can function autonomously in your absence.


  • Creating and managing a team dedicated to outstanding customer service
  • Team has all tools necessary to perform their tasks
  • All processes are documented and understood by the process owners within the department
  • Solve growth issues with process and tool improvements.
  • Use KPIs to track individual performance and system inefficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • 35 years of management experience
  • Creative thinking aptitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • KPI tracking and performance measurement mastery
  • Training and Development expertise
  • Strong logical reasoning skills and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Resourcefulness and budget management experience
  • Must be a strong team player but able to work independently
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the BPO and/or Services industry
