Today we are looking for a new Stills Finance Senior Manager to join our team.

The critical activities under the scope will be:

Build a thorough understanding of the financial performance of the business; identify risk and opportunities to deliver financial targets; team-up internally/externally to collectively develop business growth initiatives and promote system alignment.


We are looking for someone who has strategic thinking, system acumen, with initiative and ability to influence and set strong relationships.

Flexible within Costa Rica - Peru - Ecuador - Colombia

What you'll do for us

  • Liaise with the Bottling Partners, JVs and Platform Services to ensure the quality in the generation of the System P&L (actuals, RE, BP) and the right execution of the 50/50 models.
  • Perform monthly financial reports to understand business performance vs RE and BP, providing insights on deviations, risks and opportunities and category deep dives from a System/KO P&L standpoint.
  • Build a thorough understanding on BP and Long-Range Planning P&L from a system perspective, identify risks/opportunities vs business targets and support DMI allocation.
  • Promote the development of an integrated financial information hub to address system needs and accelerate the right decision making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on Commercial Finance analysis to support topline growth and expand margins.
  • Participate in a multifunctional team to development OU initiatives to drive value within the stills business across markets. Initiatives such as portfolio rationalization, productivity (reformulations, packaging savings), production hubs
  • Support the simplification and standardization of the economic models with bottling partners across LA. Provide creative solutions to local restrictions or bias.
  • Support the definition and the implementation with the bottlers of new allocation methodologies for fixed costs/expenses and nonspecific DMI by business, category, channel and package to promote a better understanding of profitability within the system.
  • Functional related activities:_
  • Role model the "Leadership in the Network" definition.
  • Facilitate system alignment addressing financial friction points with the bottling partners and JVs
  • Promote finance acumen within the organization.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the new operating model with the OUs, the Center and PS
  • Develop scalable and synergetic solutions for the business challenges

Qualifications and Requirements
- +7 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles.

  • Proven record of delivering results and leadership in complex matrix organizations; able to work with multiple functions internally and externally (bottlers and JVs)
