    Estamos buscando un Genio que emprenda con nosotros el desafío de entregar experiencias únicas y personalizadas, únete a nuestro equipo genial como Arquitecto si cumples con las siguientes competencias:

    • Experiencia desempeñándose como arquitecto empresarial o de soluciones en áreas de tecnología.
    • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o un campo relacionado, deseable posgrado en Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning o Big Data.
    • Familiaridad con el manejo de alto volúmenes de información tanto analítica como transaccional.
    • Certificaciones de AWS, Azure o GCP en IA/Machine Learning.
    • Certificaciones en plataformas de IA como TensorFlow o PyTorch.
    • Certificaciones Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner).

    Conocimientos y Habilidades

    Se requiere:

    • IA:
      • Conocimiento profundo de los conceptos y técnicas de IA, incluyendo Machine Learning, Deep Learning y Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (PLN).
      • Experiencia en la implementación de soluciones de IA utilizando featureStores, MLOps, LLMs y modelos analíticos en línea.
      • Comprensión de las diferentes arquitecturas de IA y su aplicación en diferentes casos de uso.
      • Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA para aplicaciones de alta transaccionalidad.
    • Desarrollo de Software:
      • Dominio de al menos un lenguaje de programación como Python o JavaScript.
      • Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web y APIs RESTful.
      • Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales (SQL) y NoSQL.
      • Familiaridad con herramientas de control de versiones como Git & Azure DevOps.
    • Arquitectura de Sistemas:
      • Conocimiento de la arquitectura de sistemas distribuidos y microservicios.
      • Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de aplicaciones de alta transaccionalidad.
      • Comprensión de los principios de escalabilidad, disponibilidad y tolerancia a fallos.
    • Metodologías Ágiles:
      • Experiencia en el trabajo con metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
      • Comprensión de los principios de desarrollo iterativo e incremental.

    Responsabilidades

    Te pedimos lo siguiente:

    • Diseño y Arquitectura:
      • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo y científicos de datos para diseñar e implementar soluciones que satisfagan las necesidades del negocio.
      • Definir la arquitectura de las soluciones, incluyendo la selección de las tecnologías, herramientas y plataformas más adecuadas.
    • Implementación e Integración:
      • Implementar soluciones de IA utilizando featureStores, MLOps, LLMs y modelos analíticos en línea.
      • Asegurar la integración fluida de las soluciones de IA con las aplicaciones existentes, especialmente en entornos de alta transaccionalidad.
      • Apoyar la implementación de las arquitecturas, forma consultiva y de resolución de inquietudes.
    • Optimización Del Rendimiento:
      • Monitorear el rendimiento de las soluciones y optimizar su eficiencia.
      • Identificar y resolver problemas de rendimiento en las aplicaciones.
      • Asegurar la escalabilidad de las soluciones de IA para manejar grandes volúmenes de datos y tráfico.
    • Colaboración y Comunicación:
      • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo, científicos de datos y stakeholders del negocio.
      • Comunicar de manera efectiva los diseños y soluciones a las diferentes audiencias.
      • Documentar las soluciones de manera clara y concisa.
