What you will do

Position title:
Renewals and Invoicing Operations Support - Early Career Talent

Location:
Bogota, Colombia

Type of contract:
Temporary position

Duration:
Up to 2 years

Reporting and Analysis
Review, gather and identify key business metrics and standards that keep a pulse on our business.
Prepare weekly renewals forecast information
Support with adhoc reporting the renewals management team
Prepare analysis to help in the invoicing process with our key customers
Process support
Participate in the definition of new reports and process to better support the area
Participate in redefinition of preinvoicing process
Support preinvoicing process for large enterprise in north MU
Tools
Intensive use of internal system and advance spreadsheets (excel, power bi)

What you bring

Education:

Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor's degree.
Open to various educational backgrounds
Finished Internship

Requirements and Experience:

01 year of professional experience
Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
Microsoft Excel: Advanced level and Power BI knowledge
English Level 2: Conversational (Able to understand and formulate verbal and written communication)

As an Early Career Talent, you will be providing support to the CSS and Invoicing team in Latin America

North. This may include activities such as renewal forecasting, redefine and support invoicing process

for key accounts. These roles may complete transactions within a specialized area and may interact wit

the Legal, Finance, Partner, Sales and Services to achieve desired results.
