    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    ·Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (or Advanced Degree with +1 -2 years)

    ·Fluent in English

    Nice to Have

    ·Prior experience or exposure to, treasury operations

    ·Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

    ·High degree of initiative, self-motivation, integrity, and self-confidence

    ·Proven ability to align to vision, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure.

    ·Knowledge of business analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SmartView, Tableau or similar.

    ·Experience with financial systems such as SAP, FP&A reporting tools, Treasury Management Systems

    ·Ability to initiate and promote change.
