Introduction/Brief Desc of the Client/Account:

SinaLite is a wholesale trade printer providing quality printing services exclusively to print sellers across America and Canada. In the last 23 years, we've served thousands of print partners with offset and digital printing, wide format production, label printing, DTG printing and more. Requirements:

Proven experience in lead qualification, appointment scheduling, or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce (preferred), hotspot or related) and outreach tools (e.g., Outplay). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
