We are looking for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated Head of Sales to build and lead our sales team.

The right individual will be strategic, organized and open to learning and change.


In this role, you will:


  • Hire, lead and coach sales team members
  • Establish sales processes and measurement metrics
  • Gain an indepth understanding of the OnceHub's products and services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
  • Run and lead sales conversations, run product demos and feel comfortable interacting with customers from small to large revenue teams (mostly located in the US)
  • Drive opportunities throughout the sales cycle to meet or exceed annual targets
  • Work with Customer Success and Marketing teams to drive the acquisition of active account users
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or related field from a reputable university
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/business development preferably in a B2B environment would be advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience with selling SaaS products
  • Experience in working with crosscultural teams would be an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing, fastpaced environment
  • Ability to network and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Be sharp and independent, possess excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent professional written and spoken Business English.
