- Develop and maintain relationships with investors and funds in the Real Estate industry.

- Identify, contact, and obtain appointments with buyers, and maintain consistent lead follow-up until the deal closes.
- Evaluate feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed.
- Negotiate effectively with sellers and buyers.
- 1-3+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry and sales.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with investors and funds.
- Experience negotiating and closing deals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field may be required.
- Additional certifications or courses in investor relations, sales, or real estate may be preferred.
- Knowledge and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage investor/fund relationships and sales leads.
- Tech savvy and proficient in Gsuite apps.
