    Investor Advisor

    Sell2Rent is a dynamic company that is seeking a skilled Investor Advisor to join our team. As an Investor Advisor, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with investors and funds, while also strengthening existing relationships in the Real Estate industry.

    About the Position
    • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and funds in the Real Estate industry.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing relationships.
    • Provide high-level advice to investors and funds on their real estate needs.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Prospect for buyer leads and convert them into contracts.
    • Provide expert advice to investors and funds on their real estate needs.
    • Identify, contact, and obtain appointments with buyers, and maintain consistent lead follow-up until the deal closes.
    • Evaluate feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed.
    • Negotiate effectively with sellers and buyers.
    Requirements
    • 1-3+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry and sales.
    • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with investors and funds.
    • Experience negotiating and closing deals.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field may be required.
    • Additional certifications or courses in investor relations, sales, or real estate may be preferred.
    • Knowledge and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage investor/fund relationships and sales leads.
    • Tech savvy and proficient in Gsuite apps.
