We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist.

The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing, defect identification, and process improvement.

This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and support staff, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide accurate and detailed defect reports, including steps to reproduce, for efficient debugging and resolution.
Participate in design and requirement discussions to provide input on testability and quality aspects of the product.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and defect tracking systems.
Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and execution.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Kotlin).
