What a typical day will look like


The Senior Account Executive supports the Client Services Manager in the execution of the Commercial Risk strategy in large corporate clients, leading the execution of the service offering, the correct and timely attention and satisfaction of the client, achieving their loyalty, meeting the budget assigned to them and discovering new business opportunities for the growth of the portfolio in charge.

Fulfillment of existing and existing non-renewable client goals.

Loyalty, retention of the client portfolio.

  • Achievement of goals in customer satisfaction performance indicators NPS.
  • Management of revenue and investment figures of client portfolio and business lines.
  • Articulate the operations, placement and claims teams for adequate customer service.
  • Lead assigned inhouse account executives.
  • Schedule, prepare and attend followup committees with the client.
  • Manage the insurance program for assigned clients.
  • Monitor and review the insurance program renewal process

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Professional in administrative sciences, engineering, law, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in risk management and insurance.
  • Experience: 3 years in general insurance (Compliance, SARIC, Property, Liability and Auto, other lines such as D & O, IRF and Cyber).
  • Customer service experience in insurance broker or insurance company.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in compliance, SARIC, property, liability, auto, other lines such as D & O, IRF and Cyber.
  • Graduate professional.
  • Languages: Intermediate English
  • Technological Tools: Office, advanced level in Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
