• Responsible support financial activities including corporate reporting control, also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, support for some activities assigned to other members in the team, and support Projects and initiatives.
• Provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas;
• Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Recommends solutions for accounting issues.
• Understanding controls applicable in the process
• Support on Corporate reporting
• Fulfillment of Compliance requests/testings QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications
• You should have at least 3to 4 years of experience accounting experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge.
• Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements. These competencies are critical as this role will initially be part of the finance & accounting team's pool of flex talent during onboarding, to be deployed to the permanent position once readiness criteria are met and role has been identified. Desired Qualifications
• SAP knowledge and working experience.
• Experience in shared services is desirable.
• Experience in a Global Accounting for a large multi-state company.
• Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.
• Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
