    Job Description:

    GFT-Technologies SE is looking for a skilled Flexcube Originations Process Leader to join an international project based in Mexico. This role combines both technical and functional expertise to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of the originations process for financial products in Oracle Flexcube.

    The candidate must currently reside in Colombia or be willing to relocate to Colombia, as this is a requirement for project coordination and compliance.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Functional Knowledge:

    • Banking Products: In-depth knowledge of accounts, loans, deposits, foreign trade, and other products managed in Flexcube.
    • Originations Processes: Understanding how financial product requests are handled from creation to approval.
    • Credit Lifecycle: From application to disbursement and payment management.
    • Compliance and Regulations: Knowledge of banking regulations, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory reporting.
    • Banking Operations Experience: Understanding how various banking departments interact with the Flexcube system.

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Oracle Flexcube Architecture: Familiarity with system modules and their integration.
    • Oracle Databases: Experience with PL/SQL, advanced queries, and process optimization.
    • Configuration and Parameterization: Adjusting products, business rules, and processes within Flexcube.
    • Interface and Integration: APIs, Web Services, middleware, and connectivity with other banking systems.
    • Java/J2EE Development: For component customization or specific integrations.
    • Error and Log Management: Ability to diagnose failures in originations processes.
    • Workflows: Configuring and automating approval and review processes.

    Additional Skills:

    • Project Management: Knowledge of agile or traditional methodologies for Flexcube improvements.
    • Support and Training: Ability to train users and resolve issues effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Flexcube Originations Process Leader, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing and optimizing the workflow for the originations of financial products (loans, accounts, deposits, investments).
    • Configuring business rules and parameterization in Flexcube to automate processes.
    • Ensuring the proper integration of originations modules with other banking systems.
    • Monitoring the lifecycle of requests from creation to approval.

    You will also be responsible for:

    • Parameterizing banking products within Flexcube based on business needs.
    • Implementing and adjusting approval flows and required validations.
    • Ensuring that the platform complies with local and international regulations.

    In addition, you will:

    • Identify and resolve errors in originations processes.
    • Analyze logs, reports, and transaction traceability to identify system failures.
    • Collaborate with technical support and development teams to resolve incidents.
