Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. This role involves building and updating custom WordPress themes, integrating plugins, optimizing site performance, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes from Photoshop and/or Figma designs
• Update and enhance existing WordPress themes and templates
• Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines
• Design and implement responsive front-end experiences
• Create site architecture and manage content structuring
• Integrate and configure plugins to enhance functionality
• Monitor, test, and optimize website performance
• Apply UX/UI best practices to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
• Work closely with developers, designers, and optimization strategists to align on coding standards and project structure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP and WordPress architecture
• Experience with version control tools (preferably Git)
• Comfortable extracting and implementing designs directly from Figma or Photoshop
• Strong understanding of web performance and responsive design
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your work
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
