    Be part of our client's team as a Business Development Representative. Engage with healthcare executives, craft custom sales strategies, and collaborate with leadership to drive innovation.

    Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
    Work setup: Remote

    Drive Change: Your Role in Revolutionizing Healthcare Sales

    • Build custom email and call campaigns to target decision-makers across ABA, Behavioral Health, Home Health, and Hospices.
    • Deal directly with C-suite healthcare executives every day.
    • Create and maintain updated CRM logs in Outreach for full visibility into your sales process.
    • Work hand-in-hand with our CEO & Account Executives to book meetings with customers, hand off to our Account Executives, and build a repeatable sales process.
    • Collaborate with our engineering team to guide the roadmap for future features.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and capable of communicating effectively with customers via phone.
    • Availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
    • Prior experience in sales at an early-stage startup.
    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas.
    • Strong sense of ownership.
