    Siemens Energy Colombia offers an opportunity for an HR Business Partner Professional for Colombia.

    As a trusted partner brings deep insight an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues. Consults with and influences leaders to take actions on emerging people related topics. Translates business requirements into human capital imperatives and utilizes the full value chain of HR to derive relevant HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Plays a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure.

    How You'll Make an Impact

  • Act as a true business partner to some Execution Units in the country, guiding on complex HR topics, providing expert consultancy, and coaching in organizational effectiveness and design as well as leadership and employee engagement.
  • Ensure implementation of HR Strategy in alignment with local needs, and local regulations, labor law
  • Lead local HR activities and help live the culture and values of the SE organization.
  • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and the local HR team to drive HR initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence by coordinate with HR service vendor for operations and administration topics.
  • Drive discussions related to talent management, succession planning, workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.
  • What You Bring

  • You hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineer, psychology, law, or similar studies.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a HR BP role or generalist role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience of having worked in a matrix organization and knows how to build trusted partnerships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style.
  • Good verbal communication skills with the ability to fluently speak, write, and read in English, at professional working proficiency level.
