Leading Development Projects, being involved other team members, setting project time lines, and ensuring that the development process follows best practices.

Code Review and Quality Assurance being responsible for implementing and maintaining automated testing processes to catch bugs and ensure application stability.

The successful candidate will have:5-7 years of professional experience in backend engineering4 years of experience DBA and/or Identity Access ManagementExperience with Ruby on Rails, Python, GraphQL, Postgres, KafkaHands-on experience building and scaling resilient microservice architectures.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate effectively across technical and non-technical partners.
