  • We are hiring a
    Bilingual Compliance Specialist, Talent Acquisition for our office in Bogota Columbia who will be ready to jump into onboarding new hires into the business. This position is hybrid and will require to work out of the office 75% of the time when required. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for working with a team hiring nonexempt positions in highvolume and support/niche roles when required. RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Compiles new hires documentation/ HR file.
  • Daily followup and communication with new hires on paperwork required to complete the recruitment process.
  • Direct communication with external vendors for background checks and lab for new hires.
  • Assists the Recruiting Team with job fairs and college recruiting events.
  • Supports employee engagement activities.
  • Assists with prescreening applicants/resumes and coordinating phone/inperson interviews.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in high volume call center or agency preferred
  • Knowledge in Colombian labor laws & regulations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (Portuguese/ French a plus)
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel is mandatory
  • Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
  • Work with integrity and highlevel confidentiality with excellent attention to detail
  • Exhibit professionalism and high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am5pm and flexible to extended hours, holidays, and weekends.
