Job Description:


Revenue Management:
In-depth knowledge of Revenue Management techniques, strategies, tools and third-party solutions

Data Analysis:

the ability to analyse large amounts of data and extract insights to create and drive pricing, distribution and revenue management strategies.


Market Knowledge:
understanding the competitive landscape and market trends, active usage of macro-economics to support decisions.

Technology:
proficiency in Ideas & EZRMS Revenue Management software's (RMS) leveraging on Continuous Pricing, data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies to analyse and interpret data (Rate Shopper, Market Demand, Business Intelligence)


Effective Communication with other hotel departments, stakeholders, and guests to ensure that everyone understands and is consistently aligned with Revenue Optimization goals.


Strong Leadership to inspire and support the Commercial Teams as well as to lead the Reservation Teams and optimize upselling with the Front Office Teams across the three hotels.

Ability to identify and solve complex Revenue Management problems that arise in day-to-day operations.

Flexibility to adapt to changes in market trends, guest's behaviours, and other external factors that affect revenues.

Work Experience

6+ years' experience in Revenue Management with Resorts and City hotels. Luxury experience recommended.

In-depth expertise on revenue and margins optimisation levers, including distribution, pricing, e-commerce and sales.

Self-starter, highly responsible & reliable.

Ability to work cohesively as part of a multiple teams.

Excel & PPT master.

Position will be based at either Bogota or Cartagena hotel's locations.
