The Role

We are seeking an Observability and Automation Platforms Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observability Platform Administration: Install, configure, maintain, and update observability platforms.
• alert Management and Optimization: Configure effective alert rules aligned with business priorities and adjust thresholds and conditions to reduce false positives and anticipate critical failures.
• Incident Analysis and Diagnosis: Use logs, metrics, and distributed traceability tools to identify root causes of technical incidents or operational failures, document findings, and recommend preventive actions based on the analysis.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation related to tool configurations, integrations, changes, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Profile: Systems Technologist/Engineer or related field with extensive experience in managing and optimizing monitoring and observability tools, with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and collaboration with technical teams.
• Required Skills:
• Previous experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of alert management, threshold definition, and incident response.
• Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and traceability for root cause analysis.
• Experience automating operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Ability to document technical processes and integrations.
