    KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business
  • in line with the business objectives.
  • Probe and identify customer needs and provides solutions.
  • Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account
  • base.
  • Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned
  • accounts.
  • Research and understands the territory to identify and establish
  • business contacts with potential customers.
  • Research and analyses competitive and industry trends.
  • Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and
  • are of excellent quality.
  • Responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster.
  • WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic / Foreign Trade/ Maritime University.
  • Fluent English (Desirable).
  • Proven experience in logistics sales is required and experience in Technology vertical is preferred.
  • Logistics financial acumen.
  • Proven track record in assessing customer needs, developing, and selling logistics solutions.
  • Negotiation skills by adopting value selling approach.
  • Sales performance management skills.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
  • Organizational and Time management skills.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Initiative, persuasive and proactive.
  • Customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and negotiation, especially presentation skills.
