Our Opportunity


You will be responsible for the smooth-running of one of our ongoing remote sensory panels for a major beauty client.

You will utilise a community-based technology platform to manage regular programmes of research and communicate with participants to ensure that they are engaged and active.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


Client & Team Liaison
Liaising with the clients and multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery of the project to best meet client objectives


Project Management


Work to understand project timings and create appropriate schedules, update relevant documentation or systems to manage timelines and flag any potential issues.

Keep all teams up to date with progress and communicate any adjustments necessary. Ensure that the clients are kept informed with the project progress whenever appropriate.


Financial Management
Responsible for financial aspects of the projects, ensuring actual costs against budgeted and timely invoicing any payments.


Panel Management
Plan, schedule and administrate all aspects of a remote panel work.

Administrative duties linked to manage communication on test & training plans, scheduling for training or catch-up meetings, monitor panelists' attendance and performance, tracking incentives, recruiting & screening new panelists to keep panel numbers at a required level.


Platform expertise
Responsible for setting up sensory tests in Compusense following the test schedule, monitor data collection. Coordinating effective panel communication using a community platform, including setting up qualitative tasks using the digital research solutions (full training provided)


Analysis and reporting
Take ownership of 'cleaning' the data once the project is complete and produce charts and other forms of visualisation from the interpretation and analysis of the data, write preliminary reports


Requirements:


Although previous experience with digital research or sensory related software (qualitative research platforms / communities or Compusense) is advantageous, relevant training will be provided across all platforms.


Relevant experience for the role includes:

  • Quantitative research of any kind (particularly survey or sensory questionnaire programming)
  • Using or interacting with research platforms for collecting qualitative feedback
  • Extracting information and insight from research data and producing charts
  • Building models from data
