About the role. Ethics & Compliance Manager Colombia

The purpose of the Country Compliance Officer is to help the organization to grow as a consumerfocused sustainable business, driving the organization to make valuesbased decisions and ensuring that the organization carries out its strategy and objectives, that it can spot and manage key Ethics & Compliance risks that may arise._
Deliver the Ethics and Compliance program for the designated country(ies), acting as business partner for the General Manager, Leadership Team, and business owners._

Key responsibilities

Promote a Values-based culture through encouragement of, among other things, "Speak Up" program.
Understand business strategy and objectives and relate them from an Ethics and Compliance perspective.
Act as a strategic advisor and partner with the business to develop compliant solutions, based on ethical decision-making and Haleon's core value of "Always Do the Right Thing."
Enable and drive change locally by providing input to and implementing Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Initiatives and simplifications.
Engage with external parties to promote and defend Haleon's industry ethical lead and shape the external environment.
Partner with the business to develop and oversee completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) resulting from investigations, monitoring, audits, or inspections related to the E&C Program.
Support internal investigations processes.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or other applicable degree.
Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated significant compliance, risk management, legal and/or internal control experience in a global pharmaceutical, healthcare or other relevant organization, or consultancy firm supporting relevant clients.

Knowledge and experience managing Compliance Programs according to Colombia local requirements, e.g. Sagrilaft and PTEE Advanced communication skills in Spanish and

Preferred

Track record in providing high degree of reliance, accountability, and value-added support to senior stakeholders.
Strong learning and knowledge sharing agility.
Translating strategy into action - a compelling narrative, motivating others, setting objectives and delegation.
Background and understanding of data analytics and reporting.
Strategic thinking, set direction and inspire.
