Position:
Graphic Designer

Schedule:
Monday to friday de 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

City:
Bogotá (On-site)

Remuneration:

Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand Requirements and skills

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Someone with at least 3 years of experience
Somebody that can get feedback and ideas from clients and coworkers
Someone able to give ideas
A combo between design and marketing (70 % design and 30% marketing (skill tied in social media)
Paid social would be a nice to have
They need somebody who can organize social media
Someone who knows about Facebook advertising
Google ads and retargeting
On the design piece: work on their landing page, not only design the digital ads but algo plant that in the web page
Somo sort of CMS is preferred
Someone who knows about wordpress
Someone with experience in digital deeisgn
Someone with familiarity working with US companies
