Visão geral:
As an entry level role, you will receive dedicated training and on-going support. You must feel comfortable making outbound calls and be a key contributor to meeting team monthly performance objectives.


Responsabilidades:


  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts for potential clients who have already indicated an interest in our platform
  • Building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term to achieve monthly conversion targets and revenue KPIs
  • Executing sales and marketing strategies as well as projects to acquire new clients
  • Retain existing customers upselling products or services
  • Provide support for existing customers
  • Manage and track prospects, leads, and accounts through Salesforce
  • Identify trends and customer needs being able to adapt sales pitch accordingly

Qualificações:

  • 1+ year in sales/client management
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • College graduate with customer service and/or sales experience, preferably within a brokerage or financial services environment (not essential)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and a "service" oriented mindset
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Must be able to thrive in a fastpaced and constantly evolving work environment
  • Persuasive phone presence to overcome objections
  • Previous phone calling/telesales experience a plus
