Gilson Call Center Services (GCCS) is looking for Freelance

Customer Service Representatives to join the GCCS Team to cover 5 vacancies immediately.
We are seeking
Call Center Customer Service Representatives to fill 4 to 6-hour shifts. These jobs will be performed at home and require the applicant to have a computer and high-speed internet access.

Applicant
MUST have previous Customer Service Representative experience and excellent Computer Skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Computer savvy
• Must be clear and articulate on the phone
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to multitask
• Posses soft skills
• Be available to start immediatelly
• Needs to be
  Bilingual (
  ENGLISH & SPANISH).
• Receive inbound calls.
• Process reception calls.
• Perform data entry associated with the call
