Today we are looking for a new General Manager in Colombia to join our team and help continue our history of growth in our LATAM Central Zone.


This is a key role for the region, where you will be responsible to ensure the alignment and execution of the Operating Unit Business Plan in The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Bottlers for Colombia across all channels and full portfolio.

What you'll do for us

Implement and execute the commercial strategy that will step change our ability to win at the point of sale.
Conduct franchise leadership activities in Colombia so it achieves the System's (TCCC+Bottler) short and long-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall business plan
General management accountability full Portfolio, Deliver volume, share, revenue and income goals, providing and enhancing strategic imperatives as necessary.
Drive top line growth for all TCCC Portfolio by Execution of Revenue Management (including the management and implementation of a price / packing strategy that maximizes the value that consumers' perceive for our brands, leading to increased Company income
Direct and orchestrate a team of senior and junior managers of all areas (direct and indirect reporting lines) to ensure performance and compliance with all relevant regulations
Accountable for managing local key accounts, align and implement the defined global and regional customer plans, leading the customer relationship model through Colombia, including all channels (modern trade, on premise, convenience stores, pharmacies, wholesalers, digital, etc.)


Support the stakeholder agenda for Colombia: Government relations, public affairs, Customers, etc. and represents TCCC in the local geography in certain forums.
Reinforce the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system.

Qualifications & Experience


  • 10 years of Franchise Leadership roles in several businesses/geographies
  • 5 years of Commercial experience and P&L management
Experience in making contributions to significant business/franchise relationship turnaround
Previous experience with the TCCC bottlers (preferred not required)
People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
Ability to manage uncertainty and drive innovative business improvements


Excellent stakeholder management / Negotiation skills: Ability to drive multiple top-level interactions, leading and influencing on senior internal and external leaders, to align short
- and long-term vision, objectives and investments
