Role Description
As a Support Specialist, you will be in charge of performing tracking updates, providing breakdown assistance, logbook monitoring and enforcement and handling any support issues on behalf of our customers.
Your Role is vital because you are at the heart of our operations, the decisions you make will affect the overall success of not only our drivers/owner ops but our company as well.
Key responsibilities of this role
- Breakdown Assistance
- Answering phone calls
- Handling support issues like missing pick up/delivery numbers,track and trace, breakdowns and any other issues that may happen on the life of the load.
- Give exceptional customer service to our Drivers and Owner Ops.
- Monitoring logbook, updating reports and enforcing usage.
- Calling brokers for lumpers
- Skilled in Customer Service
- English Required
- Spanish Required
- Experience with Semi-Truck & Trailer breakdowns
- Experience with Truck Drivers
- Experience with Brokers
- Experience with performing check calls
- Experience with ELD "Log Books"
Schedule:
Monday - Friday:8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Time)
Monthly Salary
Base Salary: 2,700,000 cop
Payment Schedule
- Bi-Weekly Payments

From $2,700,000 per month

- Semi-Truck & Trailer breakdowns: 2 years (required)
- Logbook
ELD:
1 year (required)
Freight Support: 1 year (required)
